Herring and vegetables salad


We have created a nutritious salad in which we combined the herring with assorted vegetables that you can take advantage of all your nutrients from these ingredients, over which we added mayonnaise for an exquisite taste.

Herring and the breed to which it belongs is the most important fish breed for the world economy and in the same time is the most numerous. Herring contains proteins that are assimilated by the body in large proportion, almost 90%. By comparison the beef proteins are assimilated by the body at most 43%. If you consume daily a small amount of herring with salt improves the functions of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas.

This product is packed in boxes of 150 grams. Refrigerated product to be stored at 0-4°C until the date printed on the label.

The product contains: Herring 35%, vegetables 20% in variable proportion (onions, carrots, cucumbers, peppers), mayonnaise (vegetable oil, water, wine vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar, egg powder, guar gum, xanthan, coloring: beta-carotene), smoked salmon 30%, sodium benzoate, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
Method of storage: Refrigerated product to be stored at 0-4°C until the date printed on the label.

The consumption of fish devenit obicei alimentar, datorita continutului de substante nutritive, poate proteja organismul uman de multiple afectiuni cum ar fi:

  • Afectiuni ale inimii (atac de cord, ritm cardiac anormal, coagularea sangelui) – beneficiile se datoreaza scaderii nivelului trigliceridelor din sange;

Toate aceste caracteristici pot fi aplicate si roe cu mentiunea ca acestea aduc in plus un aport mai ridicat de vitamina D si vitamina B12.
