Salmon habitat extends to north in Arctic Ocean, which has one of the purest water in the world. Here, feeds on crustaceans such as shrimp, from which take on reddish color typical for meat salmon, color that can vary depending on the type of fish’s food, the color difference is what makes it easy to distinguish from Atlantic salmon and the aquaculture one in particular that have a more intense color due to food. This product from Gastronatura range is made from the best salmon caught in Pacific, being butchered, deboned and the skin is removed. It is then cold smoked using best oak sawdust by traditional Scandinavian recipe.

This product is packed in foil of 100 grams, 150 grams. Refrigerated product to be stored at 0-4°C until the date printed on the label.
