The squid contain phosphorus, protein, vitamin B12 and riboflavin.
Squid are caught in south seas of Asian countries: Japan, Vietnam, China, etc. The one that are eaten are small. They are distinguished from other seafood, among other things, by the very fast cooking way. Otherwise, the meat can become very hard.
This product is packed in bags of 1 kilogram. Frozen product to be stored at: 0-5°C - 1 day; -6°C - 2-3 days; -12°C - 2 weeks; -18°C until the date printed on the label. For a great taste we recommend to not use hot water for thawing and eating the product as soon as possible after.
